This location always seems to be frazzled and never seems to be nice. While they offer service with a smile the service is generally poor. No one ever seems to know what they are doing and everyone always seems to be new. Additionally, I moved out in January and was due a refund. It is now almost April and I still have not recieved it! No one can give me a corporate number or anyone else to follow up with even though all refunds are processed by the corporate office! I would never deal with this facility again!
