Marlo furniture in Forestville....went in there today...in the rain!! I had a great experience and my salesperson Ms. Cassandra..was the best patient and knowledgeable.
Delivery was very professional however, after the delivery I noticed a small tear in one of the sectional. I contacted the customer service dept and they responded very quickly and had my furniture repaired. Thanks Marlo Furniture Forestville, Maryland.
Con: Everything else sucked
The furniture is beautiful. Way more expensive than I was thinking it would be, but in the end worth the money. The biggest problem was I wanted coffee/end tables and one table wasn't available for 6 weeks. I would be charged an additional delivery fee to get my table (or wait 6 weeks for all of my furniture - REALLY???). I think for the amount of money I was spending my table should have been shipped for free. In the end I cancelled all the tables orders and was so mad I was thinking about cancelling the entire order. Their lost...I purchased tables elsewhere. I hate that they didn't try to resolve this. At least the delivery men were super nice and made sure I was happy with the placement of the furniture.

I recently purchased furniture from Marlo Furniture Store. I had the good blessing to get Ms. Cassandra, my sales representative. Ms. Cassandra was very experienced, professional, and very very patient with me. She showed me where all the sectionals were and gave me time to look so that I could choose the furniture that I wanted without feeling rushed. Her customer service skills were beyond excellent. She knew her job and made sure my paperwork was correct before I left the store. She also was very instrumental in helping me resolve a price difference. With her help along with the Manager of the store (I didn’t get his name) I had a very excellent and positive outcome. All in all my experience was very professional and pleasant. Anyone looking for furniture should go in and ask for Ms.Cassandra at the Mario Furniture Store in Forestville, MD. Thank you!
I busted purchased a mattress set today. I am unable to rate the quality of the product because it hasn't been delivered yet, but I wanted to give a shout out for customer service. A gentleman named Lynell assisted me and he was very personable and helpful. He worked with me from the beginning of the process until the end and I felt taken care of, and like he was working on my behalf. I would highly recommend Lynell if you are looking for good customer service.
